We do offer shipping on our gift shop items! If you add a gift shop item to your cart and it won't allow you to ship it, please let us know by giving us a call or emailing us so we can get it fixed.

We ship using USPS Priority! All packages are shipped out from our shop within 24 hours, though we try to get them out same day if possible. Tracking numbers are provided for all packages, if you have a problem receiving your order please contact us! Once the package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage to the product/box. Please make sure to take pictures of the box once you receive it if any items are damaged and immediately contact us. All damages must be reported within 48 hours to us.

Local Deliveries

Substitution Policy:

 The floral industry is not immune to the worldwide shipping challenges affecting businesses across the world. Please keep in mind that reasonable substitutions may need to be made to ensure the timely delivery of your order. We guarantee our designers will do what they do best and select the best substitutes as needed.

***All recipients will be called before delivery to ensure the best delivery. This is to ensure the safety of our drivers, the recipients, and the products delivered.***

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least four days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. 

Can you make same day deliveries?
Same day delivery is available Monday through Saturday, weather permitting.  

Do you have a cut off time for same day deliveries?
Our cut off is 1pm but if you call the shop at 217-283-5578, we can probably still rock it out! ;)

Can you deliver at a specific time?
We will try to accommodate your time-specific delivery as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee it.  Please call to place your order as soon as possible so we can get the job done to the best of our ability.  

We do not deliver on Sundays.
